We are thrilled you have booked to join us at The Lamb Inn and will ensure you have the best possible visit with us. In order to help facilitate this we ask you to follow and understand the policies below.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Unfortunately, due to some customers not showing up or letting us know about a cancellation, the following Policy is in place for groups of 3 and above.

Please not Card details are taken but NOT charged unless any of the below policies are required.

• We fully understand that plans change. So, if you need to amend your reservation please do so at least 24 hours before the reservation time. This allows us to accommodate other guests.  We reserve the right to charge £15 per head if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours. This will be at the discretion of management. Again, we will always be happy to re arrange bookings when possible and therefore waive the cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to charge the card £20 per head if the table is a no show or the table is 30 minutes late for the booking with no prior communication at all.
• We reserve the right to release any bookings that are over 30 minutes late.
• Deposits may be required for large groups.

Vegan/Vegetarian Sunday Roasts, Special Requests and Dietary requirements 

We are more than happy to help fulfil any special requirements, please contact the team directly to discuss.

• We are happy to serve Birthday cakes, supplied by yourselves, however a charge of £5 per head is allocated to the bill if no desserts are ordered as part of your meal.
• Changes to dishes on the menu for specific dietary requirements are possible, but we require 72 hours notice. Please contact the team for details.

Table Timings 

• Groups of up to 4 people, your booking will be allocated for 90 minutes unless requested otherwise.
• Groups of over 4 people, your booking will be allocated for 120 minutes unless requested otherwise.
• Please note on Sundays these timings are strictly adhered to in order to allow any many families as possible to enjoy their Sunday Roast Lunch.

Children in the Pub are requested to leave by 7:30 if under the age of 9. Please contact us for details or a request to bring children in for Dinner service.
